I’m Diana Gurdis, the lady behind the lenses at photography_by_dgurdis. Based in Northampton, Daventry, where I do a lot studio work, but nevertheless ready to adventure in other parts of the UK to capture your memories in the conform of your home.
I found my passion in photography (or an obsession, as my husband says) but as a mom of a toddler, you just don’t want to miss out on capturing all those one-in-lifetime moments. That’s why nothing makes my heart full like taking maternity, newborn, and toddler photographs ensuring you too will have memories to treasure forever.
My portraits are candid, polished, with a hint of minimalist (see the black and white ones) and luminous. You’ll find lots of sweet setups for your babies that hopefully will win you over and most importantly, will bring forward the smile of your baby. I believe I know how to make your little ones feel themselves in a new environment that they see for the first time.
When needed, I will guide you in a way that feels natural; will be silent to make your happiness burst. You’ll soon forget I am even there!
